Lanista, where to start.

Placed an order for Jackets on the 3rd September and was promised 3-4 weeks production + Delivery. Very Fair.
We were given a brief preview of the design 3 weeks late before spendingthe following 2 months chasing them 3 times a weeks for when they'd be shipping the order.

Countless excuses & lies "fabric issues", "shipping at the end of the week", "the team are on a European football trip" and by the time we got to mid November we agreed to a full refund. Great news.

It then took them 3 weeks to send us the money back. Provided English bank details & polish bank details but hey, why should anything be so simple. We were consistently lied to, ignored and delayed at every opportunity.

Sector X have now offered to do the same product at a cheaper price. Cheers

dont order their. we ordered jackets in november 2019 - till today we dont get any goods. everytime we asked about it we hear "next week, few days,..." . since 4 weeks no answering to mails. think they are bankrot

Anyone had any recent dealings with ultras1312? I know they used to be ultrasshop but its hard to come by reviews since they changed.

Bit mixed. They deliver great products, but they had some problems last year. Not answer mails and messages. They explained in email this year that they had problems, but now they are back 100% and updating website.

Bit late reaction but ordered some stickers from Ultras1312 back in February. Went for five designs. Designs came in and everything was good apart from one design which had a different size as ordered. I tried to contact them twice to solve this problem as I never had any trouble dealing with them in the past. They never replied to my mails, it seemed many people had trouble contacting them around this time. Quality was good, service not so.
